Every plan includes dashboard access, claim tracking, notifications, and secure proof uploads. The only difference is how many claims you can submit each month.
Plans are billed monthly. Claims reset every billing cycle.
Quick answers on how claims, proof, and billing work across every Credary plan.
A claim is a single missing-credit case submitted for review. This includes one song, one platform, and one specific credit issue. For example, if you're missing production credits on Spotify and Apple Music for the same song, that counts as two separate claims because each platform requires its own verification and resolution process.
Absolutely. We do not prioritize claims based on plan level. Every submission goes through the same verification and recovery process to ensure accurate credit placement. Plan tiers only determine your monthly claim allowance, not the quality of service you receive.
We accept a wide range of supporting evidence, including FLPs, stems, DAW project files, screenshots, emails, text messages, DMs, contracts, split sheets, invoices, PDFs, audio recordings, ZIP files, and other documentation that demonstrates your involvement in the creation of a song. Providing multiple forms of proof can help expedite the verification process and strengthen your claim.
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time to increase your monthly claim allowance and access higher-tier features. Any plan changes will be reflected in your account immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly based on your subscription cycle.
